1. Terms Agreement

By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Lesson Coordination & Scheduling

All classes, including trials and regular packages, are booked manually through our coordination team.

• Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling or canceling a scheduled lesson requires at least **24 hours notice** via email or phone. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed in full.
• Tutor Attendance: In the rare event a teacher cannot attend a class, we will offer a makeup lesson or assign a certified substitute tutor.

3. Parent Supervision Requirements

KABE Learning specializes in online teaching for children aged 5–10. To ensure safety and tech alignment:

• For children aged **5 to 7**, a parent or legal guardian must sit nearby during lessons to assist with connection, volume, and focus.
• For children aged **8 to 10**, parents must remain in the same home/building while the online session is active.

4. Safety & Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate conduct. Tutors and students are expected to treat each other with respect. KABE Learning reserves the right to terminate lessons immediately if a student or parent exhibits disruptive or abusive behavior.
